Architecture – Outdoor Living

This sunny outdoor space is an extension of a modern home in Los Angeles, California. The 700 square foot covered living area and outdoor kitchen feature a cast concrete wall with fireplace creating a cozy sanctuary overlooking the stunning views of Santa Monica Bay.

The adjoining 1000 square foot patio space showcases a cantilevered steel pergola with custom laser cut steel to create shade and visual interest. The Ipe-wood deck frames a 45 foot lap pool and includes steps to the garden area below.

My role included creating architectural design concepts, floor plans and 3D renderings as well as designing custom furnishings for the space.
